Testimonials
"The treatment I have received from Michelle has not only significantly reduced my pain, it has given me the confidence to take charge of my sexual wellbeing. I used to feel angry with my body and I've been able to let that go as I've gained strength. As a nonbinary person, I greatly appreciate Michelle's commitment to gender-affirming care.

About Embrave Physical Therapy
At Embrave Physical Therapy, I seek to redefine the conversation around pelvic health and sexuality education. I believe healthcare should be accessible, affirming, and inclusive—no matter who you are.
Too often, people are left confused, dismissed, or told their struggles are "normal" when they deserve real answers. My work is about turning confusion into curiosity and insecurity into confidence. I take a trauma-informed approach, creating a space where people feel safe, respected, and heard.
Through education, virtual sessions, community events, and personalized support, I help people explore their bodies, ask questions, and take charge of their health. Everyone deserves care that meets their needs—not just what the system offers.

About Me
I identify as queer, agender, asexual, and have been diagnosed with ADHD. I am white, from the South, I love weightlifting, and I’m a nerd for science and conversations about sexuality.
I was lucky to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and complete a 500-hour yoga teacher training. I have also started many things I didn’t finish—but those lessons still help me today.
I created Embrave Physical Therapy because I want to be myself when working with people, not hide who I am.
I am privileged to have an amazing support system, yet I still know what it’s like to receive care that doesn’t help from providers who don’t truly listen.
At Embrave, I want to help people understand their bodies and feel in charge when working with other providers. Healthcare is for everyone, but the system as it stands will never give people the care they deserve.
